Welcome to Sri Mangalam Jewellery ("us", "we", "our", or "Store"). By accessing our showroom, participating in our schemes, or using our website and services, you ("Customer", "User", or "You") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases or commitments.

1. General Terms

• All products offered by Sri Mangalam Jewellery are subject to availability and final confirmation at the time of purchase or order placement.
• We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior written notice. Continued engagement with our store or platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Gold & Silver Rates and Dynamic Pricing

• Precious metal rates (Gold, Silver, Platinum) fluctuate continuously based on market conditions. Rates applied to purchases, scheme enrollments, or bookings are determined strictly at the time of final invoice generation unless explicitly covered under an advance rate-lock agreement.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors resulting from technical glitches, system miscalculations, or clerical mistakes prior to order fulfillment.

3. Purity, Hallmark, and Weight Tolerances

• All gold items sold as 916 gold are 100% BIS Hallmarked. Silver items sold as 925 silver carry official purity certification.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and manufacturing processes, minor weight variations (+/- 0.05 grams to 0.2 grams) may occur. Final billing will reflect the exact actual weight recorded on calibrated electronic scales at our showroom.

4. Customized and Made-to-Order Jewellery

• Orders for custom-designed or customized jewellery require a non-refundable advance payment.
• Once manufacturing has commenced, custom orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect verified by our quality control team.

5. Savings Schemes (e.g., Ponmagal Scheme)

• Participation in any gold or silver savings scheme introduced by Sri Mangalam Jewellery is governed by the specific rules and terms outlined in the individual scheme passbook/contract.
• Maturity benefits, discounts on making charges, or rate-lock features are applicable strictly upon completion of full, timely installment payments as per scheme guidelines.

6. Returns, Exchange, and Buyback

• Exchange or buyback of gold, silver, or precious stone jewellery is conducted strictly in accordance with our prevailing in-store Exchange & Buyback Policy on the date of transaction.
• All returned or exchanged items are subject to purity verification, melting loss deductions, and inspection by our authorized gemologists/assay experts. Original invoice and hallmark authenticity cards must be presented.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sri Mangalam Jewellery, its partners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of product usage, delivery delays caused by third-party logistics, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or sudden market shutdowns).
• Maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the specific item in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes, legal proceedings, or claims arising out of or in connection with our services, schemes, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Namakkal District / Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu.
